Dear Sirs! My name is dr. Alexey Pilyugin , Master Mariner, Gov. port captain. I am looking for a job in coastal Office in regarding with safe navigation. During the work as the captain on tankers, carrying oil and chemicals, gained a lot of experience through the various inspections / checks nearly all existing oil/chemical companies. Also have extensive experience of passing inspection of PCA/ISM/ISPS audits and carry out inspections of ships by myself for compliance with the requirements of IMO/SIRE. Repeatedly was in shipyards on repairs of vessels, have experience in sales/transfer of tankers from one owner to another. I know the regulatory framework governing the safety of navigation. I am certified instructor for JRC type specific ECDIS training. Also have full set of COC as master of oil/chemical tankers.
